'fhe City of Everett Building Official has found the building on the above <br /> described property to be substand�rd and may endanger the life, limb, health, property, <br /> safety and welfare of the public. 1"he following deficiencies render the building to be <br /> substandard pursuant to Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Housi:�g Code: <br /> 1.
