The lluilding Official has found the building on the above described properry may endanger the lifc, heaith, property or safety of the public and is rendereu dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, Sec. 302, noting the following: 1. The building exists in violation of speci6c requirements applicable to such buildings provided by the buiiding regulations of this junsdiction, as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condit�on of buildings. 2. Thc building has become an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. 3. The building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. III. The above-desccibed buiiding shall either be repaired in accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all other applicable codes or demolished. IV. If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the cu►rent Building Code requirements, all required pemtits must be secured therefore, and the work physically commenced within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. All work must be completed within ninery (90) days of the date of this Order. V. If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition must be completed within sixry (60) days trom the date of this Order. VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is , repaired in accordance with the cunent Building Code or demolished. VII. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs IV, V and VI above are not complied with, the Ciry of Everett will order the buildmg to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property and/or its owner. VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building'may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Unifocm Housing Code and filed with the C�ty of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
