lI. The lluilding Official has found the building on the above described properry <br /> may endanger the lifc, heaith, property or safety of the public and is rendereu <br /> dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, <br /> Sec. 302, noting the following: <br /> 1. The building exists in violation of speci6c requirements applicable to <br /> such buildings provided by the buiiding regulations of this junsdiction, <br /> as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by <br /> Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condit�on of buildings. <br /> 2. Thc building has become an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor <br /> for vagrants. <br /> 3. The building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance <br /> known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> III. The above-desccibed buiiding shall either be repaired in accordance with all <br /> current Building Code requirements and all other applicable codes or demolished. <br /> IV. If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the cu►rent Building <br /> Code requirements, all required pemtits must be secured therefore, and the work <br /> physically commenced within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. All work must <br /> be completed within ninery (90) days of the date of this Order. <br /> V. If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits shall be <br /> secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition <br /> must be completed within sixry (60) days trom the date of this Order. <br /> VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept <br /> secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is <br /> , repaired in accordance with the cunent Building Code or demolished. <br /> VII. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs IV, V and VI above are not complied <br /> with, the Ciry of Everett will order the buildmg to remain vacated and proceed to cause <br /> the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property and/or <br /> its owner. <br /> VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building'may appeal <br /> from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal <br /> must be in writing as is required in the Unifocm Housing Code and filed with the C�ty <br /> of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this <br /> Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an <br /> administrative hearing and determination of the matter. <br />
