For increases based on yards, this building may use a 72.5% increase — yards on 3 <br /> sides (North, East & West), narrowest yard (West) at 49 feet to property line. Streets <br /> are each over 60 feet wide. Section 505.1.2 <br /> 2. The allowable area of a building is determined by the actual area of an occupancy <br /> divided by the allowable area of an occupancy as provided in Table 5-B and not the <br /> cumulative percentage of each occupancy towards it's allowable area. Where there <br /> are multiple occupancies, the total allowable area for the building is then the sum of <br /> the ratids of the actual/allowable areas.
