�_ 9. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. Buiiding permits are required. <br /> 10. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent re��ision are applicable. These charges are <br /> based on projected water usage and can be substantiai. Applicant is encouraged <br /> to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to <br /> building permit application.
