Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section <br /> 39.080 of the Zoning Code as follows: <br /> Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be provided in all muitiple <br /> family, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments and shall not be <br /> located in a required front yard setback area, or street side setback area for comer <br /> lols. Where an aliey abuts a lot, the �arbage receptacles, dumpster, or recycle bm <br /> shall be located adjacent to the alley. <br /> All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the <br /> street and from a�:acent properties. This screening may be done using dense <br /> vegetation or by piacing the dumpster cr recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> For specifics on desian of refuse and recyclina facilities, contact Rubatino Refuse <br /> Removal, Inc. at (425) 259-0044 for areas generally north o� 112`r' Street.
