a. A landscape strip a minimurn of ten (10) feet wide must be provided in the <br /> � front yard setback area along the Everett Avenue street frontage, except for the <br /> driveway. This area shall be planted with Type III landscaping. NOTE: Everett <br /> Avenue is a Gateway Corridor and is subject to the landscape standards for <br /> Gateway Corridor Streets. <br /> b. Irrigation systems must be provided in all <br /> landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2-year <br /> maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per <br /> � Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> Fire Department Comments <br /> 1. Access — O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 2. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of <br /> secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire- i <br /> fighting purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key.box to be <br /> instailed in an accessible location.
