Cain: <br /> In accordance with your request an inspection was made on <br /> January 16, 1984 of the referenced house to determine i.ts struc- <br /> tural stability and the extent of fire damage. <br /> The report which follows is furnished at your request in strict <br /> confidence by us as your agent and employee for your exclusive <br /> use as an aid in determining the physical condition of the <br /> sub�ect premises. This report is intended to cover only such <br /> portions of the premises and the equipment therein as may be <br /> examined visually, and we wa�rn you that although such premises <br /> and/or equipment may be in good condition when examined, the <br /> condition may change thereafter, Furthermore, this report is <br /> not to be construed as a guaranty, or warranty of the premises <br /> or equipment therein or of their fitness for use. <br /> The inspection disclosed the following: <br /> Structurally speaking, this was a well built house when it was <br /> first constructed and it still can be so described. Where <br /> visible, the basic structural memUers ure in good to fair con- <br /> di.tion. However, with much of the crawl area under the l�ouse <br /> inaccessible, all of tl�ese members could not be eaamined. <br /> There are in this house some floors that slope and some door <br /> frames that are not plumb. This is qui.te common and to be <br /> expected. There are , however, no indications of structural iu- <br /> stability. <br /> Based on our observations on those portions oi the Uuilding <br /> that were accessible , no active termites or termite action was <br /> � <br /> � <br /> � <br />
