i <br /> 2. The criteria for review of the exceptions for the height of detached garages are <br /> set forth in EMC 19.7.020.K. The proposal satisfies these criteria which are <br /> listed in finding #2. <br /> 3. There will no view obstructions resuiting from the proposed detached garage, <br /> there will be no aesthetic impact on surrounding properties or the streetscape. <br /> Further the proposed garage is consistent with the scale of other dwellings in the <br /> area. The neighborhood impact will be minimal, if any. (findings 3-13) <br /> DECISIUN <br /> Based upon the preceding Findings of Fact and Conclusions, testimony and evidence <br /> submitted at the public hearing, it is hereby ordered ihat the proposed 805 square foot <br /> detached garage on the property at 3520 Everett Avenue, Everett, Washington, can be <br /> built to a height of 24 feet subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Applicant sha!I obtain a building permit from the City of EveretYs Building <br /> Department. <br /> 2. The maximum height of the detached garage shall be 24 feet. The Applicant <br /> shall not exceed this height. <br /> 3. The siding and roofing materials used for the detached garage is to be similar to <br /> that of the existing dwellings on-site.
