Th� key recommendations of the report <br /> suci� as those discussed below shouid be shown on the plans and speci- <br /> fications, rather than a general note rcferring to the report. Section <br /> 302(c). Soils testing prior to constructiu�� mav be appropriate--see <br /> comments 2(g,h). <br /> b. Has a site grading plan been submitted for the project?
