Cor reference purposes , your final <br /> declaration of non-significance, in part, provided as <br /> follows : <br /> "2. Covenant Power of Attorney for street improve- <br /> ments to t00th Street, L-o Soul-h Br.oadway, and to a <br /> future North-South corridor from 100th Street to <br /> South IIroad�cay on the eastern side of the proposed <br /> site by L. I .D. is required. " <br /> rollewing our discussions , we agreed that three separate <br /> L. I .D. 's were contemplated . I sug9ested that each of the <br /> three L. I . P. ' s be considered separately. Celia Stronn <br /> concurred , noting that each L. I.D. affected and bene£itced <br /> ��arious parcels of property in a difLerent manner.
