Consequently, this letter <br /> will sexve as a Memorandum of our Agseement. The following para9raphs <br /> are the items which we specifically addressed and have agreed upon: <br /> 1. The Property Owners will each Leserve a five (5) foot wide steip <br /> u: land, referred to as the median strip, on their common boundary <br /> line running north and south dividing the respective properties, <br /> for the purpose of providin9 a landscape buffer between the <br /> properties. The cost of the installation and maintenence of land- <br /> scaping and irrigation fo= such landscape median shall be borne . <br /> , by the Oc�ners of the Office Park. <br /> 2. Each Property Owner will develop a sixteen (16) foot strip oi <br /> right-of-way contiguous to the afocementioned five (5) foot r�edi�r, <br /> strip, running the entire length of the respective properties Lrom <br /> north to south, and each Party will grant the appropriate r.eciproc�l <br /> Easement Agreements in favor of the other Pacty. <br /> 3. It is agceed that the Convenience Center Project Owners will use <br /> their best efforts to obtain pecmission from Seattle-I'irst Nation�l <br /> Bank to extend the five (5) foot median strip on the east side of <br /> the common boundary line between the northerly bo�ndacy line of <br /> the Convenience Center, across the Seattle-Pirst property northerly <br /> to South Broadway, provided, however, such stcip does not c.��.�se <br /> retail developer to lose a row of parking in subject par4:in9 �r��• <br /> \ , , <br />
