Any retaining wall greater than <br /> three feet high along a property line must be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and <br /> Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 2. Screening of all outduor refuse disposal areas must be prcvided <br /> so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br /> rights-of-way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site <br /> plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) <br /> 3. Stormwater must be routed through a grass lined swale prior to <br /> discharge from the site per City design criteria. (SEPA Water <br /> and Plant and Animal Policies) <br /> 4. A six foot high, salid wood siqht obscuring fence must be <br /> provided along the entire south property line adjacent te the <br /> single family zoned property. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use <br /> Policies) <br /> 5. Either (1) a iandscape strip a minimum of five feet wide with <br /> sufficient evergreen shrubs a minimum of three feet in heigt.t to <br /> screen car lights, OR (2) a solid wood fence a minimum of 42 <br /> inches in heiqht must be provided along the east property line <br /> 1 <br />
