Two ( 2; fire hydrants are required within 200 driving feet but <br /> not closer than 50 feet, of every structure per ordinance <br /> 473-80. The hydrants and access road (parking lot) must be in <br /> service prioY to construction. (SEPA Fublic Services and <br /> Utilities Policies) <br /> 2. The fire flow requirement for this project is 2,250 yallons per <br /> minute. (SEPA Public Service� and Utilities Policies) <br /> 3 . A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide must be provided along <br /> the entire Everett Mall Way and Meridian Avenue frontages <br /> between the street and the parking area, except for driveways in <br /> compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoninq Code and Section <br /> 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. The <br /> landscaping must consist of <br /> a. groundcover over a minimum of 75$ of the area, and <br /> b. evergreen trees or shrubs a minimum of three feet in heiqht <br /> at time of planting to number at least 6 for each l00 <br /> square feet of required landscape 2rea. <br /> The intent of this requirement is to provide screening of the <br /> 2 <br />
