A minimum of 5� of the parking area must be landscaped in <br /> compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code and Section <br /> 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. Plantings must <br /> consist of a minimum of 758 of the area in qroundcover and a <br /> minimum of 6 evergreen trees or shrubs for each 100 square feet <br /> of required landscaped area. Plantings should be a minimum of <br /> three feet in height at time of planting. (SEPA Aesthetics and <br /> Light and Glare Policies) <br /> l0. A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide must be provided along <br /> the entire south property line where the project abuts the single <br /> family zoned property. Plantinqs must consist of sufficient <br /> evergreen trees or shrubs a minimum of 6 feet in height to form a <br /> sight obscuring barrier. A landscaping plan for this project <br /> must be reviewed and approved by ttie Planning Department prior to <br /> the issuance of any Building Permits for this proposal. (SEPA <br /> Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br /> Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2) (c) . This determination assumes compliance with state <br /> law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> includinq but not limited to riqht-of-way improvement requirements, <br /> drainaqe, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br /> aqency. This information is available to th� public on requeat. <br /> This Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on <br /> compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br /> by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2) ; the lead agency will not act <br /> on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
