The drawings for the support of the glass are not sufficiently detailed to specify installation of glazing with an unsupported edge, per IBC 2403.2 and 2403.3. the c�lazing materials should be indicated on the drawings to meet the requiremenls of IBC 2405.2. Screens are required for the height of the glazing indicated on Section 5/a5.01, per IBC 2405.3. All storefront glazing panels parallel and adjacent to doors (with the lowest edge less than 60 inches from lhe walking surtaces) are required to be lempered per IBC 2406.3. The canopy details have been revised. The glass type has been noted as '/:" laminafed glass per IBC 2405.2. With this type of glass, screens are nut requirod as noted in 2405.3. Only hcat strengthen glass and fully tempsred glass shall have screens. The details have been revised to reflect a mullion type system as opposed to the pin mount glass. This detail is based upon the existing canopy on the Mall entry. The specification require shop drawings and calculations be provided. See sheot A06.10. 11. Dissimilar melals indicaled in the buildings canopy extending through the masonry wall (seclions 5 & 13/A5.01) should be isolaled to minimize galvanic corrosion, per IBC 2t03.11.7. Notes havc been added to sheet A06.10 indicatiny that the steel needs to be hot dipped c�alvanized per IBC 2103.11.7. 12. Special Inspeclion are required for EIFS cladding per IBC 1704.12. A note has been added to A4.01 and A4.02. Inspection is not required over CMU applications. Also inspection is not required for systems that are installed over water- resistive barrier with a means of drainago. Our current system in our specifications provides for theso items and in the note we indicata that if the system does not provide tliis, the an inspection is required per IBC 1704.12. 13. The insulation indicaled on the roof and at the slab on grade for detail 17/a5.02 should be identi(ied on the drawings and demonstraled in supporting material lo meet on of the optiens for the building envelope compliance identified in WSEC figure 13.A. The insulation R-Values have been indicated on the drawings sheet A5.01 and A5.02. These have been calculated based upon "Perspective Requirements" as laid out in the WSEC. We have indicated this on G01.01 as well as the Qneryy type. 14. The vault or sprinkler room should be indicated on Ihe shell building drawings to meel the requirements of the Ciry of Everett Public Works Double Check Detector Valve Assembly Drawings 515, �16 or 523.
