This sink must <br />have at least one drainboard that is an integral <br />part of the sink assembly. <br />d) Sink specifications are required as part of the <br />plan review information. <br />2) A hand -wash station is required in the kitchen. <br />The hand sink must have hot and cold running water <br />plus soap and towel dispensers. <br />3) The mop sink may be located in tLe employee's restroom <br />if there is adequate space.
