This would <br />require plumbing. <br />8) Food shields are required for display of bulk foods unless <br />they are individually wrapped. <br />9) Lighting must be at least 20 foot candles on all working <br />surfaces. <br />10) Finish schedules are required (walls, ceilings, and floors), <br />11) You must meet the city of Everett's building and fire codes. <br />12) Layout plans and equipment specifications should be as <br />detailed as possible because there is a $26.50 per hour to <br />a maximum of $300.00 plan review charge.
