With the addition of the following <br />items, the plans are approved. <br />1. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />system and any drains originating from equipment in which <br />food is placed. <br />2. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet <br />applicable building, mechanical and fire codes. <br />3. The decorati��e boat structure along the exterior counter shall <br />be sealed smooth and easily cleanable. <br />4. Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderiy <br />storage of employee clothing and belongings. <br />5. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the <br />National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />6. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling onto food <br />shall be provided for ail artificial lighting fixtures located <br />over, by, or within food storage, preparation, service and <br />display facilities. This includes the decorative neon lights <br />located on booth walls/ceiling. <br />7. The compartments to the 3-compartment sink must be large <br />enough to accommodate the cleaning and sanitizing of all <br />utensils and equipment. <br />
