The Health District operating permit application process must be completed <br />prior to opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, <br />the Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to openirg for business. Please <br />contact the food program office about one week in ddvance to schedule an <br />appointment.
