With the addition of the following items, the <br />plans are appr�ved. <br />1. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet <br />applicabla building, mechanical and fire codes. <br />2. The toilet room(s) shali be enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing solid <br />d�ors. Tfie room(s) shall be mechanicaily vented to the outside. A <br />toilet room used by women shall hava at least one covered waste <br />receptacle. <br />3. All food service equipment shail meet the requirements of the Natianal <br />Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />4. Handwashing sinks must be accessible to all employees involved in <br />food preparation;aervice. An add:tional handsink will be required on <br />the ��ont cooking/ssrvice line. A suggested convenient location would <br />be next to the gyro broiler (A-35). <br />5. Provide adequate protective light shieids for all lights in the food <br />preparation and storage areas. <br />6. The compartments to the 3-compartment sink must be large enough to <br />accommodate the cleaning and sanitizing of all utensils and <br />equipment. <br />
