I(owever, the <br />westerly pond receives a significant amount of off-site drainage and a significant amount uf <br />detention may actually occur in the connceted ponds. The ultimaic discharge location for the <br />casterly and westerly ponds and off-site pond is to a culvert widcr 100th Place SG, to the <br />south�vest of the L-'verett Mall. This culvert discharges into Sil��er Lake Creek. This projcct <br />shall not make modifications to thc esisting storn�water coutrol facilities that would msult in an <br />incrcase ofthe rate ol'stormwater runofCentering the do�cnstream drainage system. <br />1 G.
