There are no indications of any provisions for the parking of vehicles <br />nor any specific nuir�ber of cars. <br />3. The Everett Municipal Code spe,:ifically requires a sight obscuring <br />fence and this is not indicated. <br />4• The location of ingress and egress is not indicated from either Everett <br />Mall Way or 3rd Avenue Southeast. The specific locations would have <br />to be approved by the Traffic Engineer. <br />5.
