N'e <br />also discusseJ the possibility oP having your firm install a side sewer stub across Third <br />Avenue S.E. to serve tlie proposed ARCO building as a function of your contract. <br />When making building permit application for the ARCO facility, it was sug- <br />gested by Gordon Witcher at the City of Everett, that the City would desire ro have this <br />installation permitted and installed by your firm under your present contract with the <br />City as a more practical and coordinated effort. Lnclosed for your review in this regard, <br />please fir.d three copies of the side sewer installation plan as we woutd desire fur our <br />devclopment. Following your review of the enclosed design, please provide our office <br />with a written proposal for your Cirm ro obtain the permit and install the six-inch PVC <br />sidc sewer stub ro the ARCO property. <br />Ne understand that you still have the final lift of asplmlt to place un Third <br />Avenue S.C., and it would obviously be to the benefit of all concerned to in�tall the <br />sewer crossing as soon as possible.
