A request for a one-year extension of this Determination of Non-Significance may be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Building and Publie Works permits to a11oW the construction of an approximately 46,489 square foot centar for auto related retail uses, auto repair and service, tire manufacturing/retread, a gas station with two 12,000 gallon tanks and a car xash on a 4.44 acre site. A portion of the site was previously construeted. The project is now being revised to include uses that ware not previously proposed ineluding a gas station, car wash and a service station.
