Detailed draaings in accordance with City Design and Construetion <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public �ilorks Department showing <br />site parking layout, landseaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />publio right-of-sray. Publie Works Department approval of these <br />draxings is required prior to any permits being issueQ. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and Harranted before the <br />Oecupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear oP dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed by the Publie Borks Inspeetor. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Permits are requirod for destination of fill xithin the Everett City <br />limits. . <br />A txo-year guarantee is required for private retonLion/detention or <br />other drainage treatment/abatement facilities se:•ving areas larger than <br />one aere. <br />5. A new SEPA reviex Kill be required for any development on the vacant <br />portion of the site desigaated as "Building/Parking Pad For Future <br />Development.^ During this nex review xe xill also look at the <br />ft�netioning of the development proposed in the current application and <br />its rolationship to the proposed new davelopment.
