These changes insignificantly affect <br />the site plan, however, they are necessary for the proposed tenant and their parcel. It <br />is my understanding that the City of Everett staff will make a administrative decision of <br />the significance of these changes and contact our office regarding the procedures that <br />will need to be taken to revise the recorded Binding Site Plan. <br />If you have any further questions or need additional information, please <br />contact our office.
