The roof will be designed for <br />a 25 psf snow load based on local requirements per UBC Section <br />2305.(d) with a load duration factor of 1.15 for wood members. <br />Because our design incorporates a flat roof, a ponding analysis will <br />also be performed based on a 25 psf water and snow accumulation with a <br />load duration factor of 1.25 for wood members. This is based on UBC <br />Section 2305.(f) water and snow accumulation.
