We have revised the access holes to the detention vault to be <br />located directly over the sumps as per your request. <br />b. We have revised the flow restrictor detail per your red -marked <br />comments. <br />4. Temporary Erosion and Control Plan (Sheet 4 of 6) <br />a. No changes to this plan were required by your office. <br />5. Sanitary Sewer and Water Plan (Sheet 5 of 6) <br />a. We have revised the water plan to locate all water mains within <br />driving areas per your direction. <br />6. Third Avenue Improvement Plan (Sheet 6 of 6) <br />a. We have revised the storm drainage lines from CMP to concrete per <br />your direction. <br />For your final review and approval, we are forwarding four complete sets of <br />the revised plans. We are also enclosing a Quantity and Cost Estimate prepare at your <br />direction in accordance with City of Everett requirements. <br />We look to your earliest review and approval. Upon notification from your <br />office that the plan changes are acceptable, we will provide original mylar drawings for <br />your stamp and signature of approval.
