DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA i31-86 <br />This Determination of Non -Significance shall expire one year from <br />the date it becomes final unless a completed building permit <br />application has been submitted within that time. The listed <br />requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided. (SEPA <br />Aesthetics Policy) <br />2. A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide rust to provided along the <br />entire east property line as shown on the site plan dated 3/27/86. <br />This landscaping should be evergreens and provide a screen a minimum of <br />3 feet high. The intent of this landscaping is to Chield car lights <br />and provide separation from adjacent properties. A detailed <br />landscaping plan must be submitted to and approved by the Planning <br />Department prior to the issuance of any permits. (SEPA Light and <br />Glare, Aesthetics, and Other Policies) <br />3. Screening of all outdoor storage areas, including the tire storage must <br />be provided.
