i- <br />Lf' <br />The lead agency fcr this proposal has determined that it does rot have a <br />probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental <br />Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This <br />determination assumes compliance with state law and City ordinances related to <br />general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision wa:3 made after review <br />of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the <br />lead agency. This intormation is available to the public on request. This <br />Determination of Non -Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance <br />with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as if <br />fully set forth herein. <br />This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this <br />proposal for 15 days from the date below. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. <br />Contact Bob Landles to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: This Final DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in <br />the proposal, disclosure of new significant information, <br />misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to comply with the <br />conditions upon which this Determination of Non -Significance is <br />predicated. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />pubic right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy ?ermit is issued. <br />
