2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street Meaning must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. Permits are required for destination of fill within the Everett City <br />limits. <br />4. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or <br />other drainage treatment/abatement facili.cies serving areas larger than <br />one acre. <br />5. A new SEPA review will be required for any development on the vacant <br />portion of the site designated as "Duilding/Parking Pad For Future <br />Development." During this new review we will also look at the <br />functioning of the development proposed in the current application and <br />its relationship to the proposed new development.
