r � <br />APPEALS TO HEARING EXAMINE�t FOR BINDING SITE PLAN: <br />All appeals of decisions relating to Binding Site Plan shall be made to the.,Hearing <br />Examiner. Such appeals must be made in writing and filed with the office of the Hearing <br />Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the preliminary <br />decision was rendered. <br />The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation stating the reason for the appea�. <br />The decision of the Hearing Examiner shall be final. <br />Stardinc� to appeal is limited to the following: i) the applicant or owner of the property <br />on wnich the short subdivision is proposed; and 2) any property owner who deems <br />himself aggrieved and will thereby suffer a direct and substantial impact from the <br />proposed Binding Site Plan.
