Since the occupant load is over 50 in each dining area, exit signs should identify the two means of <br />egress from the both dining areas per IBC ]011.1. <br />Exterior exit doors should have exterior illumination (per sectioa 1006.3-5) and tactile exit signs, per <br />IBC 10113. <br />8. All new emergency egress lighting should be shown on the reflected ceiling plan, per IBC 1006.3. <br />9. Men's Room accessible stall door to swing out to provide minimum clear dimensions per ANSI <br />Al 17.1 Figure G04.8.2. <br />10. Accessible urinals require a 30 inch wide by 48 inch deep space for wheelchair acces�. The <br />revisions sl�own are less accessible than the previously permitted plans, per ANSI A117.1 Section <br />305.3. <br />11. The buffet equipment and layout should be accessible. The buffet counter height should be 34 <br />inches high with a maximum reach depth of 24 inches, per ANSI A117.1 Section 308.3.2. A five <br />foot turning radius should Ue provided around the ends of the buffet counters, where restricted by <br />equipment or walls, per ANSI Al 17.1 Section 304.3.1. <br />12. Justification should be provided for the removing the lavatory in the Men's Toilet per IBC 2QQ2.1. <br />13. On the previously permitted plans, the employee toilet room was used by an adjacent building tenant. <br />In the current application for permit, the freezer has blocked access to this toilet room by the <br />adjacent building tenant. The building o�vner should verify the purpose of this door, and if the <br />removal of the door will impact the other building tenant either for the purpose of egress or access to <br />toilet fixtures, and that the connection behveen tenar.ts is no longer required. <br />14. A ne�v Type I Hood is shown where a table was indicated in the kitchen on the previously permitted <br />plans for the casino. This tenant improvement will require a new Type I Hood permit suUmittal. <br />The additional grcase producing equipment tmder the existing hood will require a revised <br />suppression submittal for the existing Type I hood, per IMC 509.1. Verification of the Type I <br />exhaust and make-up air design requirements should be submitted per IMC Section 509. <br />Upon submission of the revised drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will begin. <br />All required submittlls must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will <br />be constructed in compliance with all adopted cades.
