The proposed menu <br />items ot� bread and pizza require the inslallation of ovens and u hood system. The preoperational inspection will <br />be to determine what additional facility changes and/or upgrades are required due to the menu change and to <br />revie�+� the your operating procedures and ('ood production processes. The inspection will include a step by step <br />review of the food preparation process from initial storage of all food items [o preparntion of Tood, assembly �nd <br />servicc.
