Plans and specifications <br />must be complete and accurate to make possible a meaningful <br />and cost saving plan review. <br />In your telephone conversation with Mr. Charles Mangum, <br />Director af Environmental Health, after being informed of <br />the above, you requested we proceed wit'ti the plan review <br />using the informa�ion Mr. Dorn has made available---two <br />floor plans and a products list. With such imcomplete <br />information, certain assumptions must be made that might <br />not be completely accurate. It is our understanding the <br />loveration will involve: <br />1 <br />3 <br />� <br />� <br />3 <br />Selling botn raw and cooked rabbit meat. <br />Rabbit will be cooked in a microwave oven. <br />A variety of sausages, made with rabbit meat, and other <br />rabbit meat products, will be sold. <br />Rabbit meat product sand�viches will be prepared and <br />SOld. <br />So�e green salads wi11 be prepared and sold. <br />No food prepaiatio�i other than the above stated wi11 <br />be done:. <br />Food preparation will be limited to cooking in micro- <br />wave oven, slicing product, assemblin� sandwiches, <br />cleaning vegetables and preparin� green salads. <br />All customPr ctensils ::hall be single service---used <br />onL� once and discarded. <br />Ther��fore, the following is requ.ire3: <br />1.
