This
would require plumbing.
5) All work counLer tops must be smooth, nonabsorbent,
and easily cleonable (matexial and constructions not
shown).
6) Only single-servicP articles (disposable) will be
used for eating and drinking utensils, unless approved
dishwashing equipment is installed.
7) Your layout plan (page 2, view A and B) shows a hood
canopy attached to the existing hood duct system.
Does this hood canopy have hood filters, drip pan, etc.?
8) Sharing the one employee restroom facilities with the
other busineses in the building complex is not allow'e;
because there would be no control of the facilities by
you. Therefore, the restroom ir.ust be an integral parr.
of your food-service establishment. You indicated that
the restroom was part of the lease agreement with the
owner of the building complex.
 , s ` :e
 .. _ . .y ` .
_:.. . ,....,. ,-`:...—....
.. ...,.•,•....»-....r..a,+—.-.•—^^-
,n,:
h `
:iA
' `z4:. , . ., ' n _ . . . ' '"'. ...
