Adequate facilities must be provided for the orderly storage of emoloyee's <br />clothing and pereonnel belonginga. A locker may bc provided for each employce. <br />9. All food-aervice equipment must be plumbed to indirect drains except the hand- <br />washing and mop sinks, disposer�.and the scullery aink. However� if the scullery <br />eink ie uaed also as a food preparation sink then it must be plumbed to an <br />indirect drain. There is adequate number of fl.00r sinks and drains for your <br />food-service equipment. Also, most of your refrigeration equipment have con- <br />densate evaporators, <br />10. If hard or soft ice cream is planned� a dipwell or wash kit would be required, <br />Thia would require plwvbing. <br />11. The plan review was made from the information you presented to aur of£ice. The <br />finish� lighting� and ventilation schedules will be reviewed separately when <br />received by the health department. However� ahould there be any major changes <br />and/or additions to your layout plans and �:quipment specifications� you must <br />notify the Snohomieh Health District, <br />12. It should be pointed out that approval of the finished installation (fscilities <br />and equipment) is aubject to the final field inspection. You should cail for tne <br />fi�ial field inspection when ready. <br />13. In 1980� the Snohomish Health District�s Board of Health.established a plan review <br />charge for review of plans and specifications.
