The following information is <br />needed prior to further plan review. <br />L Most eq�iipment on the equipment list lacks manufacturer name and model number. Also, <br />some of the manufacturer names and model numbers submitted are for completely different <br />equipment, (i.e., the manufacturer name and model submitted for the dishwasher is actually <br />for cookin� equipment). Submit a complete and accurate list of equipment noting <br />manufacturer and model numbers that indudes all the food eervice equipment, including <br />refrigeration, ice machines, dishwasher, and coun[er top equipment such as rice cookers and <br />soup warmers. <br />3. Copy of proposed menu. <br />3. The prep sink, item #4, is shown on the equipment list but is not shown on the floor plan. The <br />location of [he prep sink must be shown. <br />d. The Imperial range, item #5, is shown at the same location as the dishwash table. The proper <br />location of the ran�e must be shown. <br />5. The sinks, items #10 and #12 on the equipment list, are not designated as to what they will be <br />used for. The use pr000sed for these sinks must be indicated. (i.e., dishwashin� or food <br />preparation). <br />6. No handwash sink is shown in the food preparation, dishwash and kitchen area. One or more <br />handwash sinks are required. The number of handwash sinks needed cannot be determined at <br />this time due to the inaccuracies of orisinally submit[ed floor plan. <br />7. Item #17, the aqua tank, is shown on the t7oor plan. Will this be a decorative fish tank or is it <br />a seafood holding tank? <br />8. The proposed facility has few refrigeration units. Depending upon the proposed menu, <br />additional refriseration an�� or a walk-in refrigerator may be required. <br />9. No waterproof wall protection is indicated for the walls behind sinks and food preparation <br />counter and tables. Extra walf protection is required on walls behind sinks and food <br />preparation tables. A 16•inch hi�h backsplash of plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforced <br />plastic or equal is acceptable.
