All light fixtures in food preparation and <br />storage areas must be provided with covers or shatterproof bulbs. The type of light covering <br />must be indicated. <br />12. No sneeze protection is indicated at the front counter. If food is stored and or handled at the <br />front counter, proper sneeze protection is required. The type and location of the sneeze <br />protection must be indicated. <br />l3. Submit a revised floor plan that is complete and accurate, drawn to scale, showing location of <br />all equipment, plumbin� fixtures and the like, which includes the required additional sinks <br />and information. The scale of the drawing should be 1/4 inch equals 1 foot. <br />Pfease note that prior to opening of the new facility, after the Health District plan review process <br />is completed and construction is finished, the Health District permit application process must be <br />completed and a pre-operational inspection must be conducted. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
