The <br />Intemational Building Codc and the International Residential Code state Uiat all permits expire if <br />the work aulltorized by tlte permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the <br />�vork is commenced. Work under this pem�it will no longer be autliorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requestino inspection of �vork that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the �vork Q�at is com}leted, or <br />3) Submit a�vritten request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiaUle cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Afier tl�at time your pem�ii file will be sent to our Records <br />Depa�tment for ruicrofilming without documentatiou of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective Uuyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume �vorl: in tlie <br />future, a new pennit must Ue obtained.
