The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br />Findin9: The site is currently developed with a shopping complex. All streets, access, and utilities <br />have been provided to the site. <br />Parking for the shopping center is required at 1 stall per 300 square feet of gross floor area. The <br />daycare will serve approximately 90 students, w'rth approximately 12 staff on site. Daycare facilities <br />typically are required to provide parking at a rati�� of one per employee, or 1 per avery 10 students. The <br />shopping complex is approximately 70,155 square feet in area. The daycare will account for <br />approximately 6,300 square feet of the total shopping complex. Based on the formulas provided above <br />the shopping ccmplex would be required a total of 213 parking stails (excluding the daycare), and the <br />
