The <br />following additions, changes and additional information <br />must be submitted prior to final approval. <br />1) All equipment shall meet the requirements of the <br />National Sanitation Four.dation (N.S.F.). Submit the <br />make and model number of equipment to show compliance. <br />2) Toilet facilities are needed for thie establishment. <br />They shall be conveniently located for the employees. <br />These facilities shall be supplied with lavatories, <br />soap dispensers, and paper towels. <br />Toilet facilities shall be completely enclosed, have <br />tight-fitting self-closing, solid doors, and be <br />mechanically vented tQ the outside. ToileC rooms <br />used by women shall have at least one covered *aaste <br />receptacle. Submit locaCion of toilet facilities. <br />3) Floor covering material to be used in kitchen and <br />service area, lounge service area, bathrooms, and th�z <br />retail center were not submitted. Floors s'.�all be <br />smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. When <br />floors are subjected to water flushing for cleaning, <br />the wall and floor junctures are to be coved and <br />sealed. <br />4) Walls in food storage and preparation areas shall be <br />light colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily <br />cleanable.
