Wooisey: <br />Your plans have been reviewed for compliance with the Rules <br />and Regulations of the State Board of Health and with the <br />pollcies of the Snohomish Health District. With the addition of <br />the follow,ng items, the plans are approved. <br />I. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />system and any drains o���ginating from equipment in which <br />food is placed. <br />2. The toflet roomts) shall be enclosed with tight-fitting, self- <br />ciosing solid doors. The room(s) sha11 be mechanically <br />vented to the outside. A toilet room used by women sha11 <br />have at least one covered vraste receptacle. <br />3. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to � <br />meet applicable building, mechanical and fire codes. <br />4. Wood surfaces throughout shall be sealed smooth and easily <br />cleanable. <br />S. Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provided for the <br />orderiy storage of employee ciothing and belongings. <br />6. All food service equipment shail meet the requirements of <br />the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />
