An additional 120 parking stalls would be <br />constructed. Development of the Everett Mall Office Park has <br />also been reviewed under SEPA #s 107-79, 9-87, 51-88, 135-88, and <br />161-89, and Binding Site Plan #3-90. The proposal also involved <br />a revision to the previous binding site plan approval.
