Cooclusions: The ganting of the variance is consistent with <br />the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan. <br />Criterion No. 6: The need for the requested variance is not the result of a <br />self-created hardship. <br />�. Fin in : The applicant has stated that the variance is <br />necessary because Future Shop has been denied any access to <br />the existing free standing Applebee's sign pole and exposure is <br />needed to the traffic flow along Everett Mail Way. <br />b. Concluaions: The subject property consists of 4 pazcels <br />created through the binding site plan process. Signage was not <br />addressed through the conditions of the binding srte plan <br />approval. Due to the limited street frontage for the 4 pazcel <br />site the need for the requestcvi variance is not a self created <br />hardship. <br />NOW, TEIEREF�JRE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that a variance be GRANTED to allow for one free standinB <br />sign to be erected for the Future Shop building subject to meeting all othcr <br />sign code requiremems. <br />
