Repairs to the curb, gutter and sidewalk on the north side of Everett <br />Mall Way fronting said property will be made to the satisfaction of the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />8• Landscaping, as ineicated on the preliminary landscaping <br />plan,be <br />provided in compliance with Section 1.13 of theStandardsstand <br />Specifications manual. <br />In addition, a landscape buffer at least 5 feet in width must be <br />planted with evergreens at least 6 feet in height along the entire <br />north edge of the site in compliance with Section 19.42.030(B) of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />iNFORUATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1• A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than <br />50 feet of every structure. <br />2• During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />3. City streets and allleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />4• The developer should provide GTE with two copies of the building site <br />plans with the telephone room identified.
