Accordingly, we are renewing our proposal as set forth in the March I8, <br />1999 letter, save that we aze giving up additional land to thc casement as follows: <br />Beginning from the northeast corner of thc lot and running easterly along the <br />northern property line for 200 feet, then southcrly for 22'/ fect, then easterly 200 <br />feet, then northcrly 22'h feet to [he point of return. <br />We bclieve this is in substantial compliance with the buffcr averaging rules, and is morc <br />desirabie than just a straight 50 foot bufier in that it saves an additional six cedar and a number of <br />aldcr trces that lic outsidc of any conceivablc buf%r. <br />Enclosed under this cover is a map which shows in rough scale both areas which we are <br />proposing to have subject to the environmental eascment. <br />cc: Kathy Curry (witl� enclosure) <br />Vcry truly yows, <br />� �� <br />��Brian L.
