As the
owners understand it the deal will be along the followin lines:
We vould agree to preserve the approximately 6,000 square feet near the
southcast comer of the property, vhether by perpetual emironmental casement or
something conceptually similar;
2. If the city would like, we viil release it with respect to the storm drain matter;
3. At no Curther expense thc city would issue those perniits neccssary to pennit us to
l/A S complete the work that had begun on the lot, but which will now exclude the area
Ao S ySu subject to the environmental easement;
4. The city and the prrperty owners will enter into an agreement binding on the city
and running with the land that will permit current ownership or its successors ro
utilize the area subject to the easement referenced in 1 for retention.
Posl-it` Fax Note 7671
ro • / £!7
 CJ
Co./epl
n
p
