Accordingly, we are renewing our proposal as set forth in the March 18, <br />19991etter, save that we are giving up additional ]and to the easement as follows: <br />Beginning from the northcast corner of the lot and running easterly along the <br />northem property line for 200 fcet, then southerly £or 22'/: feet, then easterly 200 <br />feet, then northerly 22'/ fect to the point of retum. <br />We believe this is in substantial compliance with the butter averaging rules, and is more <br />desirablc thanjust a straight 50 Foot bu(ler in that it saves an additional six ceeiar and a number of <br />alder trees that lie outside oCany conceivable buffer. <br />Lnclosed under this covcr is a map which shows in rough scalc both arcas which we arc <br />proposing to have subject to the environmental easemcnt. <br />Very truly yo s, <br />� <br />��Brian L.
