Act III is planned to opened by November 1991. <br />2. The site conditiuns were outlined for the city officials. <br />3. The public works department will be responsible for inspecling all work up to 2 <br />feet outside of the building line. <br />4. The wnstruction haul road will enter at the norihwest comer of the site and go <br />down the westem edge of the property. <br />5. The temporary lot is expecled to be used for approximately six months. <br />6. Carroll indicated that the ciry is not able to wash the strcets anymore, so the <br />contraclors will be entirely responsible for cleaning lheir Irucks be(ore they <br />leave the site. <br />7. Carroll indicaled that Harmon needs ro purchase a Code Standard Book. <br />8. Erosion Fence: R& L can use T bar sleel posts at six (eet on center. If they <br />decide to use wood, it will have lo be at (our feet or. center. Tiie mesh can stop <br />at the bottom of the trench along the fence. <br />9. Temporary Siltation Pond: Cartoll indicated that he wants to see the silt fence <br />extended back along the south property line to wntain the silt pond area. Hc <br />also wants to see hay bales between the iemporary pond and main pond. <br />t0. Dan assured the inspectors that exposed rain leaders from the Millstone Building <br />will be drained properly. <br />il. Carzoll wamed that the building department will require ma�cimum papenvork <br />(or what goes on underneath the building. There(ore, the superintendent will <br />keep a detailed daily log. <br />12. The city is requiring cn�shed or sand ng�l � for bedding under PVC. <br />13. The city is rcquiring a double check assembly (or 8" capable of Flowing 2 1/2 <br />(ec; per second. Westem Utilities might have a double check valve. <br />
